Numovo mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın. Bu şartlar, Numovo ("Şirket", "Biz") ile sizin ("Kullanıcı") aranızdaki anlaşmayı oluşturur.
Numovo, çeşitli çevrimiçi platformlarda hesap doğrulaması amacıyla geçici sanal telefon numaraları sunan bir hizmettir. Numaralar geçicidir ve yalnızca SMS doğrulama kodu almak içindir. Numaralar üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan temin edilir; kalıcı kullanım için tasarlanmamıştır.
Hizmeti kullanmak için e-posta, Google veya misafir hesabı oluşturabilirsiniz. Numara almak için kredi (jeton) gerekir. Krediler uygulama içi satın alma yoluyla yüklenir. Krediler bir para birimi değildir; nakde çevrilemez ve yasal zorunluluklar dışında geri ödenmez. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Tüm ödemeler Google Play üzerinden işlenir. Bir numara aldığınızda SMS gelmezse ve numarayı süresi dolmadan iptal ederseniz, kredileriniz hesabınıza iade edilir. SMS geldikten sonra iade yapılmaz. Para iadesi talepleri Google Play politikalarına tabidir.
Hizmeti aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanamazsınız: • Yasa dışı faaliyetler, dolandırıcılık veya kimlik sahtekarlığı; • Spam, taciz veya başkalarına zarar verme; • Üçüncü taraf platformların kullanım şartlarını ihlal etme. Aldığınız numaralarla gerçekleştirdiğiniz tüm işlemlerden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
Numaraların her zaman SMS alacağını veya hedef platformlarda çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Bazı platformlar sanal numaraları engelleyebilir. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur.
Numovo, Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, ilgili işlem için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hizmeti dilediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz.
Bu Kullanım Şartlarını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri Uygulama içinde veya e-posta yoluyla bildiririz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

By using the Numovo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute an agreement between Numovo ("Company", "We") and you (the "User").
Numovo is a service that provides temporary virtual phone numbers for account verification on various online platforms. The numbers are temporary and intended solely for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are sourced from third-party providers and are not designed for permanent use.
You may create an account using email, Google, or as a guest to use the service. Credits (tokens) are required to obtain a number. Credits are purchased through in-app purchases. Credits are not a currency; they cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for the security of your account.
All payments are processed through Google Play. If you obtain a number and no SMS is received, and you cancel the number before it expires, your credits will be refunded to your account. No refund is given after the SMS has arrived. Refund requests are subject to Google Play policies.
You may not use the service for: • Illegal activities, fraud, or identity theft; • Spam, harassment, or causing harm to others; • Violating the terms of service of third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for all actions performed using the numbers you obtain.
We do not guarantee that numbers will always receive SMS or work on target platforms. Some platforms may block virtual numbers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
Numovo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
